We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, sees risks and possible consequences and dares to point out security risks.
As a person, you should be communicative and have a high security mindset.
You will mainly work as a security guard for internal projects at our customers, mainly based in Gothenburg.
Working hours are daytime, but some evening and weekend work may occur.
*HSE (Health, Safety, Environment)
We are now looking for a person to run our HSE work.
Your days as responsible for HSE will be characterized by great variety and breadth of tasks.
Your main task involves working outside, close to our business and our projects in collaboration with customers, project managers and employees to improve, support and follow up the work environment work.
Tasks include, among other things, the following:

Anchor and ensure that we follow our own and the customer's working methods

Incident reporting and follow-up

Carry out training/information initiatives for employees

Participate in customer security meetings and present our security work

Develop risk analyzes together with project manager/customer
You will be part of our protection committee.
As a person, you should be self-motivated with a good habit of independently managing and prioritizing your work.
Your knowledge of Swedish is very good, both spoken and written, and you also have a good ability to communicate in English.
You should also have good knowledge of the Office package.
Location will primarily be with the customer in Gothenburg, but travel will occur.
